About me
I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor offering a welcoming, respectful, safe, confidential and compassionate place to explore challenges and opportunities. I aim to provide a supportive understanding of each person’s unique experience of the world.
Working integratively means using several psychotherapeutic theories to create a consistent and holistic approach.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in accordance with their ethical framework and best practice guidance.
I am fully insured and engage in ongoing professional development and regular clinical supervision.

During sessions I find it beneficial to explore early experiences, current thoughts, feelings, behaviours, aspirations and resources, and what has meaning for you.

I work online and in-person based in London, NW7.
I can offer both short and long-term open-ended counselling to adults. Sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes.
Rate from £70.00 per session.
Payment is to be made before sessions.
Clients are to give 24 hours notice if they cancel a session otherwise they will be charged the full amount of the session.
Clients are to sign a contract before we start our work together.
